Service Agreement

By enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Services provided are designed to assist with improving your credit report by disputing inaccurate or unverifiable information with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results or credit score increases. Outcomes depend on the accuracy of disputed items and responses from credit bureaus or creditors.

Client Responsibilities

Maintain active credit monitoring throughout the duration of the service.

Provide truthful and accurate information when requested.

Submit required documents (e.g., identification, proof of address, or supporting claims) in a timely manner.

Avoid new late payments, derogatory accounts, or excessive inquiries during the repair process.

Payment Terms

Fees for services will be disclosed prior to enrollment.

Payment plans, if applicable, must be adhered to. Non-payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Initial setup fees or monthly service fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel services at any time. However, fees for services already rendered will not be refunded.

Compliance with Federal and State Laws

We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and any applicable state regulations. We do not accept upfront payments for services not yet performed.

Communication

All updates regarding your case will be provided through your client portal or email. Ensure your contact information is current to avoid delays.

Timelines

The credit repair process can take time and varies depending on the complexity of disputes and responsiveness of credit bureaus. Patience and consistency are key to achieving results.

Dispute Limitations

We only dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information as permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Items that are accurate and verified by credit bureaus cannot be removed.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services for failure to meet payment obligations, provide requested documents, or cooperate with the dispute process.

Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for credit repair purposes. We follow strict data security protocols to protect your information.

Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for any damages, financial or otherwise, resulting from delays or outcomes of credit repair efforts. Credit decisions are at the discretion of lenders and credit bureaus.

Results Notification

It is your responsibility to share any responses or updates received from credit bureaus or creditors with us to continue the dispute process.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with our stated policies and applicable laws. Clients are not entitled to refunds for services already performed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in this agreement.

Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
